PROGRAMMER-ANALYST JUNIOR

You will work with innovative cloud contact center solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing, configuring and developing the various solutions at our customers’ sites. You will work in collaboration with our programmers and technicians.

Your challenge
• Participate in CCaaS (Call Center as a Service) development projects in a cloud environment for our clients: establish and analyze the needs of the desired new functionalities, make a prototype, develop it, assist the team and the client during the transition to the production version;
• Participate in the development of integration projects of our solutions with those of our customers;
• Participate in the development of the overall architecture of a production release project;
• Produce documentation of the overall architecture and detailed architecture of the production release project;
• Liaise with the vendor’s developers and escalate any technical issues that cannot be resolved;
• Document what has been done in order to share the information with other team members;

Your profile
• Bachelor or technical degree in IT or computer science;
• Experience in Java and C# programming;
• Experience with third-party APIs (REST SOAP);
• Experience with third party systems and integrations ;
• Experience scripting in LInqpad, Powershell or similar ;
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and MSSQL databases ;
• Knowledge in CRM system integration (an asset);
• Knowledge in telephony and contact center (an asset);
• Excellent technical and analytical skills ;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and French;
