We are looking for a Business Development and Marketing Advisor to contribute to Oxilio’s growth by combining business development, client relationships, and marketing initiatives (newsletters, social media, campaigns, and events). In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company’s development directly and to propose initiatives that will make a real difference.

Your Challenges
Business Development and Client Relations
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Carry out sales activities and prepare commercial proposals.
- Ensure follow-up and development of client relationships.
- Contribute to customer retention and the growth of existing accounts.
- Participate in meetings with clients.
Marketing and Visibility
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Write and publish the company newsletter.
- Manage the company’s presence on social media.
- Participate in the creation and follow-up of marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Contribute to the creation of promotional content.
Events and Outreach
- Participate in the organization and preparation of events.
- Contribute to the company’s visibility and positioning in its market.
- Monitor market trends and business opportunities.
Your Benefits
- Permanent, full-time position;
- Salary between $70,000 and $75,000 depending on experience, plus commissions on generated sales;

Your profile
- College diploma (DEC) or university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, client relations, or marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Interest in technology-driven environments and the contact center industry (an asset).
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Interest in a versatile role combining sales, client relations, and marketing.
- Comfortable with digital tools, social media, and office software.
