Artificial Intelligence
Dubber’s Artificial Intelligence module provides companies with a wide range of information to improve the customer experience. At the end of each recorded call, a score corresponding to a positive, neutral or negative feeling is assigned to the exchange. Customized alerts can then be used to inform the individuals affected by the given scores. The module also includes speech to text transcription, which facilitates keyword searches. By clicking on the word in the transcription, users can go directly to the part of the call in which that word was spoken.
