You will be the main point of contact on a daily basis for our various customers. In addition to providing technical services to our customers, you will work in collaboration with the supplier\u2019s technical specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure the reception of incidents by phone or email ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a diagnosis ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use remote control tools for problem resolution;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze and develop a diagnosis and plan to solve technical problems related to the use of specialised audio\/screen recording, analysis and reporting software, equipment (servers, disks, OS), the client\u2019s network environment (switch, router, firewall configuration mainly related to VoIP), databases (MySQL and MSSQL)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and resolve technical problems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inform customers of the progress of the investigation and resolution via CRM tools;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document what has been done in the system in order to share information with other team members;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up technical procedures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation, configuration and integration of our specialized software solutions for customers in their VM Ware, Citrix Xen, Virtual Box (LAB) or traditional physical server (hardware) environments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement technical procedures as needed;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your advantages<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Permanent, full-time position;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salary between $55 000 and $70 000 per year, depending on experience;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telecommuting, hybrid mode (telecommuting and on-premise) or on-premise, depending on your preference;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible schedule to facilitate work-life balance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relaxed work environment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attractive group insurance plan;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 personal days off per year;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid day off on your birthday;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three weeks of vacation, from the first year;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual allowance for personal sports activities or the purchase of sports equipment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pleasant environment in new premises;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the South Shore of Montreal, in offices close to major highways and accessible by public transportation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your profil<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>BACC, DEC or AEC in computer science or equivalent experiences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of MySQL and MSSQL databases;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft suite (MS Excel, Word, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic knowledge of networking;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge in telephony (an asset);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge in voice over IP (an asset);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of diagnostic tools such as Wire Shark, Putty, Sysinternal etc. (an asset);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent command of spoken and written French and English;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About us<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We respect each other, we listen to each other, we support each other, we tell each other the truth, we laugh ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are conciliatory\u2026 we understand each other\u2019s personal needs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We like to learn, we are autonomous, responsible and open-minded;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And technically, we are unbeatable!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you passionate about IT and do you like to have fun at work?
