Your challenges

You will participate in various technology projects in collaboration with our team, partners, and clients.

You may be involved in:

  • scripting and optimization of call flows
  • Configuring satellite solutions for the contact center
  • integration of artificial intelligence features into client environments
  • integration and connection of platforms via APIs
  • configuration of cloud-based contact center platforms
  • diagnosis and support of specialized technological environments

You will be expected to:

  • Participate in meetings and follow-ups with clients
  • Contribute to the coordination of certain project activities
  • Assist the team with technical deployments and configurations
  • Participate in technical support and troubleshooting
  • Document interventions and procedures
  • Ensure professional and structured follow-up of cases
  • Gradually develop autonomy within client environments

You will work closely with experienced team members who will support you in developing your technical and professional skills.

Your benefits

  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Salary between $55,000 and $70,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid work model: remote work and office presence 2–3 days per week

Your profile

  • DEC or Bachelor’s degree in a field related to information technology, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 0 to 4 years of experience in the technology industry
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written
  • Ability to work independently in an organized and rigorous manner
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
