Here, you’ll work with world-class cloud-based contact center solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing the needs of our clients regarding their CCaaS solution and configuring the platform according to the established criteria. You’ll collaborate with other team members, whether programmers, technicians, or project coordinators.
Your challenges
- Participate in CCaaS (Call Center as a Service) development projects in cloud-based environments for our clients (IT contact center managers, operations managers in contact centers): establish and analyze the needs of contact centers, connect the needs expressed by contact centers to technological solutions, contribute to the detailed architecture of client projects, configure the solutions based on identified needs;
- Participate in Workforce Management (WFM) projects in the client environment;
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client;
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure the success of CCaaS projects;
- Train clients on the solutions;
- Be the product expert and provide consultation on industry best practices;
- Cooperate with technical experts for more specific requirements;
- Document actions taken to share information with other team members;

- Salary between $80,000 and $125,000 per year, depending on experience;

Your profile
- BACC, DEC, or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of experience in the contact center field, specifically in application management of CCaaS or WFM products or telephony;
- Knowledge of the design and functionality of contact center solutions and WFM solutions, with a solid understanding of technical concepts;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
