Contact Center Specialist

At Oxilio, you’ll be working with innovative cloud contact center solutions. You’ll be responsible for analyzing our customers’ needs for CCaaS solutions and configuring them according to established criteria. You’ll work in collaboration with other members of our team, whether programmers, technicians or project coordinators.

Your challenges

  • Participate in CCaaS (Call Center as a Service) development projects in cloud environments for our customers: establish and analyze customer needs, make the link between customer needs and technological solutions, participate in the detailed architecture of customer projects, configure solutions according to identified needs;
  • Act as the customer’s main contact;
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure the success of CCaaS projects;
  • Train customers on solutions;
  • Consult with our various customers;
  • Document what has been done to share information with other team members;

  • Salary between $80,000 and $125,000 per year, depending on experience;

Your profile

  • BACC, DEC or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the contact center field;
  • Knowledge of contact center solution design and functionality, with a good understanding of technical concepts;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English;
